How long are the lease terms?
3-10 years. For shorter leases check out our coworking space in Building 1 that includes private offices, dedicated desks and general flexible coworking.

What amenities are on the property?
There will be several restaurants, a bar, bike racks and lots of outdoor gathering spaces. CSI tenants will also have access to shared conference rooms, Meet At Relay, and monthly on-campus programming. 

Other nearby amenities include restaurants, Friends and Allies Brewery, Austin Bouldering Project and quick access to E. 6th Street and Town Lake.

What types of programming will be offered to foster community among CSI tenants?
The Center for Social Innovation will offer office hours, networking events, educational opportunities, hands on workshops, community driven events, mentor hours, hack-a-thons, and so much more!

Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is included in the lease rate.

Is there storage at the CSI? 
There is no storage within the Center but some of the units have storage areas. Within the spaces with two story ceilings, light storage can be placed on the ceilings above offices/bathrooms/break rooms.

Can the layouts be changed?
The layouts of buildings cannot be changed at this time. Tenants may make changes at their own expense upon delivery, provided that prior written approval has been obtained and such changes comply with the terms of the lease. 

Will internet be provided?
No. The tenant is responsible for their own telecommunications needs for private workspaces. The buildings are pre-wired for Google Fiber and AT&T Gigabit.

Coworking tenants will have access to wifi as part of their membership. 

How will the spaces be furnished? 
Tenants are responsible for their own furnishing, included desks and appliance in break room.

Coworking tenants in private office spaces or dedicated desks may use their own furniture provided prior approval has been obtained. Furniture will be provided for all coworking members and dedicated desk users. 

Will a security deposit be required?
Yes. Security deposits equivalent to one-month's rent is required at the time of signing.
